Mother Mary’s Message to Humanity

(as delivered to Lauri Ann Lumby 9/25/16)

My Beloved Children, the time of reckoning is here. For centuries, I have appeared to the innocent and the faithful to deliver a message of peace.  Now is no different than all the other times – to Bernadette at Lourdes, Juan Diego at Guadalupe, and the children at Fatima and Medjugorje. My words are the same.  Your world yearns for peace, it longs for peace, it pines for peace.  And still, there are those who only want fear and who take their power by manipulating you through fear.

This is the energy of what has been called “Satan” or the “Anti-Christ,” yet it resides not outside of you, but dwells within. The fear you see “out there” is merely a reflection of the fear you harbor within yourselves which finds its way out sideways when unacknowledged, untended, unhealed.

After centuries of this fear holding sway, critical mass has been reached, and now it is time for you to choose.

A new world is being born in the midst of the fear that has held sway and this new world is made of love – for those who are willing to make the choice. The choice is yours – love or fear.

The time for reckoning is here. If you think the world is getting worse, more violent, more divisive, more fearful, it is; but not because this is the path of the future or the path of your doom.  Instead, think of it as being in a centrifuge – any and all fears that have not yet been healed are coming up to be healed and released – or not.  It is your choice.

If you’ve been doing this work all along, the work will be “easy.” You will feel the fear, get drawn into it, perhaps even act on it.  Then you will see it for what it is – another fear asking for release.  If you haven’t been doing the work of confronting, transforming and healing your fears, it will feel excruciating, overwhelming and perhaps hopeless. The purpose in this is so that you are sure not to miss it – to give you one more opportunity to take responsibility for your fears and the behaviors they drive, then surrender them to your Divine Self for healing and release.

To those who choose this path of self-love, you will soon find yourself in a new world – a world made of love.

To those who will continue to choose fear, you will remain in the world made of fear until you decide to choose otherwise. The choice is yours.

marydivinemercyNo matter your choice, I am here to remind you that you are loved without condition – in fact, it is of love and for the purpose of love that you were made, and for this you will always have my blessing now and forever.

I am holding you in love.

Your Beloved Mother,

To support being healed of our fears and to receive the special blessing of Our Blessed Mother, join in proclaiming her prayer:

Hail Mary, full of Grace.

The Source of Love is with and within you.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.

Holy Mary, Mother of the All.

Pray for us, now and forever.  Amen.

The Divine Mother’s Help

After reading yesterday’s blog, Witness to the World’s Destruction, my mother emailed with a reminder of divine intervention that has helped in the past when the world was in a similar state of hopelessness – that divine intervention came through our Divine Mother, Mary. My mom suggested Mary might be interested in helping us again.  (Thanks for the terrific reminder mom!)

For centuries, Our Divine and Blessed Mother Mary has been making her presence and her desire to assist humanity known through visual apparitions.  She appeared to Bernadette Soubirous at Lourdes, France.  She revealed herself to Juan Diego at Guadalupe, Mexico.  For several months in 1917, Mother Mary appeared to three children in Fatima, Portugal.  Since 1981, our Divine Mother has been appearing daily and delivering messages for humanity to six visionaries from Medjugorje in Bosnia-Herzegovina.   In all her apparitions, the message is the same – pray to her to help bring an end to war and to restore humanity to peace.

Again, it seems, we are being invited to turn to our Divine Mother for her help and intercession.

One traditional way of praying with and to Mother Mary is through the rosary. In case you don’t remember how to pray the rosary, or aren’t familiar with how to pray it, follow this link for simple instructions:

Or, we can simply turn to Mary, asking for her assistance using the traditional “Hail Mary” prayer as follows:

Hail Mary, full of Grace,

The Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women,

And blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God.

Pray for us.

Now and at the hour of our death.

Whatever vehicle for prayer we use, we can be assured that our Divine Mother is here to help us.  For centuries and for millions of people, Mother Mary has been a source of comfort, guidance, help and support.  What has been true for over 2000 years is still true today.  When we feel as if all else has failed, we need simply turn to our Mother for help.  Thanks Mom, for the reminder!

This is Not a Test – Our Divine Mother Speaks

Divine Mother by Nadia King

My beloved children, I speak to you today to right a wrong that has been imposed upon you for the past 5000 years. While it was no fault of their own except the mistake of faulty perceptions, the Hebrew prophets and the Christian apostle, Paul spoke wrongly about me – specifically as it relates to there being some sort of test – some sort of test that you need to undergo and successfully accomplish in order to earn my love.

My heart is deeply saddened for those men, again by no fault of their own, that this is how they came to view Me, influenced as they were by those who brought their god of fear and then forced him down their throat.

To put it plainly, This is Not a Test!

There never was a test and there never will be a test – not imposed upon you or initiated for you by me, anyway. I do not place obstacles in your path to test your love.  I do not cause you suffering or pain to try your love.  I do not give you trials or hardship to see if you are strong enough.  And I certainly don’t have a checklist of trials that you must successfully accomplish to be welcomed back into my loving arms when your time in the earthly adventure is finished.  Where I Am is your home and this is the only home you will return to when the human experiment is over.

The only test, if we can even call it a test, is the human condition. This experience that you chose, and which I gave you freely because you asked for it so that you might learn and grow, is a test, but only in all the ways it tempts you to forget Me, to forget your perfection as a reflection of Me, and to forget the love that you are as a reflection of Me.  This is the only test there is – what you choose to do with the experiences that life gives you….do you allow them to take you away from your true self – your perfect and loving presence, or do you allow it to draw you ever closer to your truth – the truth of the Love that you are and the truth of the Love that you know in Me.  But even in this, it is really not a test…it just feels that way when viewed through the lens of separation.  And the “test” if you want to call it that, only determines how you experience the human condition – not what you will know when the human experiment is complete.  Do you want to know my Love while you live or suffer while you are here, hoping for the heavenly reward?

My desire for you is that you know my Love here, while you still live, because this is for what you were made.

I loved you into being and made you for the purpose of love. The human condition gives you the opportunity to learn this truth.  Some have spoken about being made perfect, gold being tested in fire, etc.  There is nothing to be made perfect because you are already perfect in my eyes because I made you and because you are a part of me.  Would your Divine Mother make anything less than perfect?  Even the platypus is perfectly made for the environment in which it is living.  And so it is for you.

This is not a test and I lovingly invite you to give up believing that it is so that you can simply enjoy the Love I made for you.

Your Loving Divine Mother.

Our Divine Mother Speaks

The Mother says:

“I got it from here. There is nothing more for you to do or to heal or clear.  Simply step into my embrace and let me carry you.”

5000 years ago when the warring hoards stormed into the fertile lands with their vengeful and jealous god, I have been barred from the human race. Supplanted in favor of a god who is only male and mostly angry, I was forced into the shadows, along with my Beloved partner – the God of love.

Rejected by the human race in favor of a god who manipulates through fear, power and control, We withdrew to a place behind the veil until the day we knew would one day come, when humanity would grow tired of the violence that comes in worshipping only fear.

While remaining in the shadows, We have never forgotten Our love for the world that We created or of the beings we made to walk upon her verdant soil. Neither have we ever stopped loving our children – even though they rejected Our image and Our love.

We are the love that existed before time.

We are the love that brought all things into being.

We are the love that resides in your hearts waiting to be catch fire in you so that you can become the magnificent creatures We made you to be.

The Psalmist knew us. She called us Darkness and Light; Wisdom and Truth.

Solomon’s lover knew us. She called us Lover and Beloved.

Jesus knew us as Mother and Father.

John the Beloved, knew us as Word and Wisdom, Alpha and Omega, The Queen of Heaven and her King.

To those who were opened, We whispered Our Presence, revealing Ourselves in magnificent visions of love and light. Throughout history our Presence has been made known through the saints, the prophets and the mystics, and to those with ears to hear and eyes to see.  In spite of the voice of these who see and heard and knew, humanity continued to choose fear over the Presence and Action of love.

Once again it seems humanity is at a crossroads, which is why We have chosen, once again, one from among you (one among many) to be our voice. Speaking through our daughter Lauri, The Mother now speaks:

My dear and beloved children, there are no human words to express the great and abiding love I have for you – a love greater than any human love you have ever known. A love greater than the love you have for your own children.  A love greater than your parents’ love for you.

As your Divine Mother, the One who loved you into being, I love you simply because I made you. In this, you are a part of Me. You don’t have to earn my love and my love cannot be taken away. You are never, ever, ever, separate from my love, you only think that you are.  You think that you are separate because you believe love is in the mind and you seek to find it there, instead of turning to Me in your heart where I have always been.

In this love I have for you, because you are a part of me and I am the Divine embodiment of love itself, I want so much for you – so much more than you will ever allow or create for yourselves, as long as you continue to believe yourself to be separate from my love. There is nothing you can do and nothing you need to heal or clear to be One with my love.  You need simply step into my embrace and let me carry you to where my love wants you to be.  Knowing the love that you are and living that love freely and unencumbered in your own unique way through the gifts I have given you so that you may be my love in the world and so that the world might remember:

Once upon a time, the world was only love.

Remember me and the world will be this love again.

Honoring the Divine Mother – Virtual Church

In this week’s Authentic Freedom Virtual Church service, we give honor to the Divine Mother.  Mary, set aside her own will in order to accept God’s call for her to be the Mother of Love in the world.  In doing so, Mary provides for us a model of faith, courage and spiritual obedience.  God’s call may not be easy, but the outcome is always far greater than what we could image for ourselves.

Attend this week’s service HERE.

Mother God Speaks

The following is a love letter from Mother God that came through for me during a recent writing retreat.  I re-read the letter today and discovered SHE is speaking to all of us!

My dearest, dearest love (insert your name here),

My precious, precious daughter/son,

The light of my life.

The gleam of my soul.

I saw you before time began and called you into being.

Woven from light, stitched from magic,

animated through starlight, and grown on moonbeams…

I breathed MY BREATH into you,

and nourished you at my breast.

My beloved son/daughter, my precious child.

Your footsteps I numbered,

And I picked you up when you fell.

I kept you safer than you could keep yourself…

through the meandering pathways of life.

I kept my light burning so that you could

And, you have arrived…arrived at your destination.

To be the light to the world I imagined before you were born.

To be

My light.

My eyes.

My love.

My truth.

For in weaving you together, I wove myself into the world.

Since before time began, I could not wait to be

Through You.

When All Else Fails: Hail Mary!

This morning’s blog reminds us of the value of rote repetition and mantra prayer, especially during times when all else seems to fail us. (also explored in this week’s issue of The Agape’ Project)

Over the Top Stress

I’m not sure if it is the universe, earth changes, hormones, perimenopause, or just “stuff happens,” but on Thursday of this week I found myself in the biggest ball of stress I have experienced in a LONG TIME!  Rampant anxiety, worry, obsessive thoughts, out of nowhere tears.  In a nutshell….I was a mess.  Such a mess in fact, that no matter how hard I tried, I simply could not fall asleep.  It reminded me of the times in my childhood and even into adulthood when I found myself sleepless due to the marathon being run in my over-active brain.  It was a feeling I had not experienced in a very long time.

As I struggled with whatever that energy was on Thursday, I employed all the tactics I know for relaxation, returning to rational thought, restoring peace.  NOTHING worked.  I went for a walk.  I meditated.  I listened to music.  I journalled.  I allowed myself to be present to my tears, etc.  I even added some magnesium to my evening nutrition.  NOTHING WORKED.  Then, when I thought the repose of sleep would help, I found it only got worse.  Tossing and turning in bed, restless and stupid thoughts in my head, worry, anxiousness, feelings of being emotionally bereft.  Again I tried everything….breathing exercises, thinking “happy” thoughts.  Again NOTHING!  In a fit of desperation, I pulled open the drawer in my bedside table and rummaged around for my rosary.  Perhaps the only tool that helped me during my childhood would provide relief for 47 year old Lauri.  At the bottom of the drawer, shoved into the back corner, buried under lotion, chapstick, incense sticks and a bag of rocks I found it. Running my fingers over the beads, I began to pray:  Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee…..  I’m not sure how many decades I ended up praying, but my thoughts must have finally cleared for when my alarm sounded in the morning, I awoke with the rosary still clutched in my fist, the red crystal beads wrapped around my fingers.

When All Else Fails

Thursdays experience reminded me of the value in the tried and true, specifically in prayers of rote repetition and mantra.  As a child, the Hail Mary was always my go-to prayer.  When I was frightened, feeling alone or sleepless, I turned to our Divine Mother for intercession and comfort by invoking this prayer. As an adult, I turned to this prayer during times of crisis like the day I was held up at gun point outside my downtown Minneapolis apartment, or when I found myself caught in a wind and hailstorm with my two babies in the car.  Perhaps it is the familiarity of the prayer, nostalgia, or the rhythm that is created by rote repetition, but for whatever reason, these are the kinds of prayers that seem to be of greatest assistance when it seems all other methods of stress-relief, meditation or prayer just don’t seem to work.

An Invitation

As an exercise today, I would invite you to explore your own repetoire of spiritual tools in search of “the tried and true.”  What is it that you can turn to when all else fails?  Maybe it is the rosary, the Hail Mary, the Lord’s Prayer.  Perhaps it is a Sanskrit mantra or the Hebrew Kaddish.  Or maybe it is just a single word – love, peace, Jesus.  Whatever that “tried and true” might be, I invite you to acknowledge it and put it in your hip pocket (or the drawer of your bedside table) so it is ready to use when all else seems to fail.

Giving Honor to the Divine Feminine

In the Western spiritual tradition, the images of God are decidedly masculine.  Let us not forget that importance of remembering that the Divine is its feminine form, hence giving honor to the feminine within ourselves as well.

Mary Rocks!

One of the things I love about having grown up Catholic is the devotion offered to Mary, the Mother of Jesus.  In the Catholic tradition, Mary has been given many titles including:  Co-Redemtrix, Mediatrix of Peace, Mother of God, Immaculate Conception, Queen of Heaven, Theotokos (God-bearer).  In her human incarnation, Mary played the important role of saying yes to the invitation to birth the Divine (through Jesus) into the world.  She bore and raised the man that would bring God’s word of love into the world and she bore witness to her son’s suffering and death and to her word of the resurrection was delivered.  In Catholic practice and doctrine, Mary has been elevated far beyond the simply human role of mother.  She is considered to be co-redemtrix with her son in freeing us of the false perception of separation from God, thus providing for us the pathway to contentment, love and joy…in this world and in the next.

Waking up to Mary

I was first inspired to give honor to our “Divine Mother” when I awakened this morning to images of Mary in my mind.  It has been a restless night of chaotic and anxious dreams, so I found comfort in remembering that Mary is available to us as a source of healing and comfort.  Instead of jumping out of bed to tend to my daily journaling practice, I stayed in bed, placed my hands over my heart and offered prayers of surrender to Mary and her healing love.  A few Hail-Marys even found their way into my prayer.  In this time with Mary, I found my anxieties calmed and my mind quieted.  Thanks Mary!

There are NO Coincidences

After spending 20 minutes with Mary in prayerful repose, I got up, tended to my journaling and got about the business of my morning.  Then I picked up the daily scripture…….and I was forced to LAUGH!!!!   It just so happens that TODAY, May 13th is the Catholic feast of Our Lady of Fatima.   From May 13 – October 13, 1917, Mary appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima Portugal and revealed herself as Our Lady of the Rosary.  Mary reminded the world, through these children the importance of turning our attention to God, to allowing our hearts to be opened to and by Divine love, (giving her own Immaculate Heart as an example) and to the value of prayer (including the rosary).

Why does any of this matter?

Whether or not you were raised Catholic, Mary provides an important example of human witness.  She has been portrayed as a woman of prayer, of obedience to the path that she discerned God had in mind for her and followed the counsel of her heart as led by God.  In a western tradition that tends to favor the masculine, Mary reminds us that the Divine can be revealed in feminine form and what those feminine attributes of the Divine might be:  gentleness, an open and listening heart, tenderness, vulnerability and a calming presence.  As we grow spiritually, we are invited to explore, discover and embrace all the infinite experiences of God, including masculine, feminine (and other)…AND we are invited to integrate ALL of these qualities within ourselves.  Today, I invite you to explore the Feminine Divine in all its forms….most importantly….that which lies within.

Just for fun

And just for fun, and because sometimes I enjoy the oldy-moldy Catholic devotions, here is the Novena to the Immaculate Heart of Mary which is part of the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima:

Novena Prayer to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

O Most Blessed Mother, heart of love, heart of mercy, ever listening, caring, consoling, hear our prayer. As your children, we implore your intercession with Jesus your Son. Receive with understanding and compassion the petitions we place before you today, especially …(special intention).

We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your gentle care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. Help all of us, Holy Mother, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever.
