Scripture as a Manual for Ascension

For the past 26 years I have studied scripture.  Beyond the scholarly, historical, contextual, sociological and theological applications of scripture, I have explored scripture through the practices of contemplative meditation and prayer.  I have also studied the Kabbalistic (the mystical branch of Judaism) interpretation of scripture.  With all of this, I have come to believe that scripture is much more than an interpretive history of the Jewish people, and much, much more than an historical account of Jesus’ life and teachings. In fact, to a true historian, scripture is neither of these.  Instead, as the Kabbalists would suggest, and which Jesus seemed to teach and demonstrate:

Scripture is an instructional guide for the evolution of human consciousness.

In more popular terms, scripture is a manual for ascension (self-actualization).  (Read here by ascension isn’t enough)

In order to approach scripture as an instructional manual and guide for the evolution of human consciousness, we first have to remove it from the trappings of patriarchal conditioning and control.

  • We have to move beyond the image of the Divine as the “old man in the sky” whose approval we have to earn and who will punish us for our human transgressions.
  • We have to move past the interpretations that mean to control us through intimidation and fear, threats of punishment and eternal damnation.
  • We have to keep scripture in its proper place, written in a specific time for a specific audience for a specific reason.
  • We also have to understand the literary genres which are in use – myth, allegory, poetry, song lyrics, reflective and interpretive history.
  • We have to take Jesus off the pedestal and we might even have to (gasp) stop looking to him as having saved us from sin or death and instead look at how he teaches us how to live!
  • We have to forget the idea that Jesus came to start a new religion or start a church. Jesus was a Jew and he remained a Jew.  His followers were practicing Jews until they were kicked out of the Temple.  Then they continued their Jewish practices in their own home, adding Jesus’ teachings to the mix.  None of what we now call sacraments were original to Jesus – these were all Jewish practices which the later Church decided to make their own.
  • Finally, we are invited to examine scripture as the Mystics, Prophets and Kabbalists would have (another topic for another time – was Jesus in fact a Kabbalist?) – through meditation and prayer, seeking out the message for each of us as individuals, along with the universal message of LOVE.

When we look past the patriarchal, fear, power and control trappings of scripture, we find a book that describes through myth, metaphor, allegory, story-telling (of people who may or may not have lived), poetry, song lyrics, and the remembered teachings of Jesus, how to evolve our human consciousness from a place of fear to an attitude and experience of LOVE.  Through scripture, we are invited to move beyond the natural fears and limitations of the human experience so that we can remember our truth nature as:

One with the Divine (Love)

One within ourselves

One with each other

One with all of creation

This experience of Oneness is the “salvation” that Jesus attempted to bring. Jesus had come to experience this “salvation” (authentic freedom) within himself, which he then attempted to teach others.  Using the manual that had been given to him (Hebrew scripture), he tried to show his friends the way.  After his death, his friends tried to remember what Jesus had taught them, created their own written interpretations of his words, and then went out to share this with others.

The true mission and intention of Jesus’ message got lost somewhere along the way. But in this case, what was lost is easily found.  When we follow the formula above, we are able to see the “ascension manual” hiding in plain sight.  To illustrate this, I have taken a passage from Paul’s letter to the Thessalonians and reinterpreted it in a language that we might more easily understand:

Concerning times and seasons, brothers and sisters,
you have no need for anything to be written to you.
For you yourselves know very well
that the day of transformation will come like a thief at night.
When people are saying, “Peace and security,”
then sudden disaster comes upon them,
like labor pains upon a pregnant woman,
and they will not escape.
But you, brothers and sisters, are not in ignorance,
for that day to overtake you like a thief.
For all of you are children of the light
and children of the day.
We are also of the night and of the darkness

But we are not blind.  We see and we know.

Therefore, let us not remain blind as the rest do,
but let us stay alert and attentive.
For the Divine did not destine us for punishment,
but to gain freedom through what Jesus taught us,
who showed us the path,

so that we may live in freedom as he did.
Therefore, encourage one another and build one another up,
as indeed you do.

Here are Paul’s original words as translated in the New International Version – Catholic Edition.

Concerning times and seasons, brothers and sisters,
you have no need for anything to be written to you.
For you yourselves know very well
that the day of the Lord will come like a thief at night.
When people are saying, “Peace and security,”
then sudden disaster comes upon them,
like labor pains upon a pregnant woman,
and they will not escape.

But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness,
for that day to overtake you like a thief.
For all of you are children of the light
and children of the day.
We are not of the night or of darkness.
Therefore, let us not sleep as the rest do,
but let us stay alert and sober.
For God did not destine us for wrath,
but to gain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep
we may live together with him.
Therefore, encourage one another and build one another up,
as indeed you do.

Abortion is Not the Issue

I have really been struggling as to how to respond the recent wave of violence being done to women as it relates to our reproductive rights. The U.S. Constitution is clear, and yet individual states (and insurance companies) have been slowly picking away at our access to choice.  Abortion has become the scapegoat in a centuries-long quest to deprive women of our natural born sovereignty over our own power.

The truth of the matter is that abortion is not the issue. The issue is a system of fear, power and control made to support the wealth of those in power while imprisoning the rest of humanity.  The abortion fight is merely a smoke screen for something far-more insidious and evil about which we should all be concerned.  But as long as we are having the abortion argument, we are distracted from the real matter at hand – the freedom and liberty of all human beings that are slowly being stripped away from us by the powerful few.

But let’s talk about abortion for a minute. Having been raised Catholic; I once proudly waved the pro-life banner.  That was until I realized that “pro-life” only meant anti-abortion as I watched so-called pro-lifers favor the death penalty and political positions that ignored the needs of the poor, the hungry, the homeless, the otherwise powerless. I have seen those same persons who vote for the pro-life candidate, vote against access to health care and empowerment programs for women, children and those suffering poverty.  These same pro-life voters continue to support the death of innocents both in our country and abroad by supporting war, ignoring the needs of the mentally ill and by refusing to step forward in rational conversations about reasonable gun policies.  They want to support the rights of the unborn child while ignoring the needs of that child after it is born.  This is not pro-life!

This is where I became pro-choice. How can we support the unborn child without caring about how it will survive after it has come to term?  How can we favor the unborn child over the millions of people in our world who are starving, homeless, and without access to adequate medical care?  And why is the unborn child of greater value than the mother who is asked to birth….and then provide for it? I’m not saying abortion is the ideal choice, I’m not sure I could make that choice if faced with an unplanned pregnancy.  For some, however, it may be the only choice when faced with a world that is adamant about bringing life to birth but completely unconcerned about the care of that life thereafter.

Abortion is not the issue. Abortion is a symptom of a system that has gone terribly awry.

Abortion would become rare and mostly unnecessary if we lived in a system that:

  • Provided quality sex education and access to affordable birth control so that unplanned pregnancies would become rare.
  • Guaranteed access to quality pre-natal, maternity and post-natal care.
  • Guaranteed access to affordable, quality healthcare.
  • Provided paid maternity and paternity leave in support of the mental, emotional and physical health of the family.
  • Ensured that the basic needs of the family were being met – food, clothing, safe housing, access to medical care, etc.

If the mother is unmarried or not in partnership with the father of the child:

  • Enforced paternal financial support of the unborn child and if the child is given over to the father for support, that he receive adequate financial support.
  • Access to education, gainful employment and quality childcare so the mother (or father) can work (if they have to…..and mostly likely they will).

But sadly, none of this is being done and the supports that have been there are quietly (sometimes not so quietly) being stripped away.

Women rarely choose abortion because they want to; they are forced into this choice by a system that does not support them or the child they are increasingly being forced to bear.  Putting laws in place to prohibit abortion will not stop abortion.  It will only make it more dangerous.  If we truly want to stop abortion, we need to work toward reforming the systems that put women (and men) in the position of having to make this choice in the first place.

(If you haven’t figured it out yet, there is an even more insidious reason for those in power wanting to prohibit abortion. It is not “to save a life.”  It is to keep more women and children poor and therefore dependent on the system that put them there in the first place. Grrrr)

Taking Back Our Power to Choose

For the past 5000 years our world has been imprisoned by those who benefit from a people afraid. For 5000 years, we have been conditioned by institutions that manipulate and control us through fear, guilt and shame.  Religious institutions, governments, corporations, banks, advertising, social media, education, health care, pharmaceutical companies and the insurance industry (to name a few) are all guilty of benefiting from a people afraid.  As has always been true of feudal societies, only a few truly benefit from a culture rooted in fear.  The rest are made to suffer while those who are manipulating us are getting rich at our expense.

It is time that we say NO MORE by taking back our power to choose.

Fear is a choice. But in order to have the freedom to choose otherwise, we have to unravel ourselves from the conditioning that has made us afraid. The fears that tell us:

  • There is not enough.
  • We are insignificant and have nothing of value to offer the world.
  • We cannot live as our most authentic selves.
  • We are not loved (or that love has to be earned or can be taken away).
  • We are not free to express our truth.
  • We do not know the truth.
  • We are alone.

When we stop believing in these fears by healing the conditioning that caused these fears in the first place, we are no longer vulnerable to manipulation and are free to choose love instead of fear. In choosing love, we are able to experience the peace, freedom and union spoken of by the ancients and which has been taught by the highest expression of every spiritual tradition on this planet.

Authentic Freedom gives you that power to choose by supporting you in identifying and then healing the fears that have kept you imprisoned by your cultural conditioning.

SCRIPTURE (gasp!) Please note that with great intention I use Judeo-Christian scripture as part of this course.  I do so ON PURPOSE because for many in our culture, scripture has been used against them.  Christianity (especially certain expressions of Christianity) have twisted Jesus’ message of love into one of hatred and fear.  It is my hope that by presenting scripture in a different way – not as a vehicle of manipulation and control – but as a vehicle through which you can find and become empowered in LOVE- we can not only be healed of our societal fears, but also of those which have been heaped upon us by institutional religion.

Lauri Ann Lumby, OM, OPM, MATSLauri Ann Lumby, OM, OPM, MATS  supports you in becoming a fully awakened and self-actualized human being by giving you the freedom to choose love in a world conditioned by fear.    Lauri does this through her trademarked protocol – Authentic Freedom which harnesses the knowledge and wisdom of the ancients and applies it in the modern world.  Here you will find fulfillment for the deepest longing of your Soul – to know and to be known.  Lauri is the owner of Authentic Freedom Academy and founder of the Temple of the Magdalene. She lives in Oshkosh, WI. You can learn more about Lauri, her writings, programs and services at Authentic Freedom (dot) Love.

My Watch is Ended

Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night’s Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

?The Night’s Watch oath

Once upon a time, I had a mission and a purpose.

Initially, that mission was to support people in discovering and cultivating a personal relationship with Jesus. I discovered this calling and then sought to fulfill it within the embrace of the Catholic Church.

The longer I worked in and for the Church, the more I came to realize the sins of the Institution and made it my task, like Sts. Francis and Clare, to reform the Catholic Church – turning it away from fear, power and control and toward the love of Jesus that inspired its inception.

When this proved to be an unwelcome and impossible task, I turned my gaze outside the Institution and sought to support people in becoming spiritually fulfilled – giving them the tools to discover the answer to the following questions and then empowering them to live out their answers:

  • Who am I?
  • Whose am I?
  • What are my gifts and how am I called to use them for the sake of my own fulfillment and then for the sake of the betterment of the world?

The more I offered this support outside the Church, the more I discovered that these are not religious questions, but universal in nature. These are the questions that are answered in our common journey toward self-actualization. In conjunction with this belief, I believed that if we would all just find our self-actualization that we would have peace and harmony in our lives. With this, my mission became nothing short of saving the world!  No small goals for Lauri Ann Lumby!

The problem, however, is that the world does not want to be saved.

The sad truth is that the majority of humanity is content to live in status quo, desperately clinging to their judgment, fears, perceived separation, need to be right and the need to make someone else wrong. Even as I write this I am aware of my own culpability in this regard, creating my own version of “us and them.”  SIGH!

These are the mountains I used to be willing to die on. These are the battles I fought; the causes I have given my life to; and for which I have risked and lost much.  Like a member of “The Night’s Watch,” I have devoted my life to these causes and offered up similar vows. Toward what end?  Like Jon Snow who was betrayed and then murdered by his own brothers, I find I have no fight left in me.  And like Jon, I turn the cloak I have donned as a champion of Love over to another hand while uttering Jon’s immortal words,

“My Watch is Ended.”

If humanity wants to continue to choose separation, fear, judgment, separation, hatred, violence, war, sickness, poverty, death and despair, who am I to change their mind?  I have no need to convince anyone of anything…even the invitation to peace and love.  I find it is all I can do to find peace myself and to share what I have learned with a few interested souls.  Maybe that is enough for one person’s life, to find their own state of inner peace.  For those who are interested in learning the tools that I have found helpful, I will always be here.  Otherwise, it seems my watch here is ended.

Being a Catalyst

The Plight of the Sh.t-Disturber

I recently posted an article To See or Not to See – That is the Question, exploring the gift of spiritual sight.  There is one challenge with this gift I neglected to mention:

The ability to see all the way to people’s (and organizations’) truest and most authentic selves and the potential that lay within them for a meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling life.

I see who they are meant to be behind all the masks they show to the world along who they came into this world to be behind all the unhealed wounds and unacknowledged fears that keep them imprisoned in an unfulfilling, unrewarding life.

Along with this ability, is the very real experience that happens when I see someone in this way – they begin to wake up. The very fact that I can see them….really see them, stirs something within them that knows they are not living as their most authentic self, that they are not being who they came into this world to be.  Call it guilt, or shame, or a feeling we don’t yet have a word for – something stirs in them – a kind of discomfort that they somehow recognize came from me, through me or because of me.  Some people are excited to feel this experience of awakening and are glad for being seen so they can begin to acknowledge and unleash their true selves.  Others – not so much.  Not everyone wants to be seen and certainly not everyone wants to do the REALLY HARD work of becoming their true selves.  For the former, I am a welcome source of support.  For the latter, I often become the enemy.

I will wholeheartedly admit that the latter experience has been a source of pain for me. This has been especially true in close relationships as well as in EVERY SINGLE work or academic institution I have been connected with.  I show up and sh.t starts happening.  The lies, the falsehoods, deceptions, misguided motivations, compulsions and attachments all begin to show themselves.  While this is happening, I’m being shown all the resources of support that would benefit their healing and the realization of their truest most authentic self.  I suggest these supports which are either met with blank stares and deaf ears or outright condemnation and rejection.  At this point, the relationship is now in question and I am either forced to leave or I decide to leave on my own.  It is difficult, if not impossible, to remain in a place where our gifts are not welcome.  At this point all I can do is sit and watch as the house of cards they have built for and around themselves comes tumbling down.

The opposite, however, is true of those who are excited and grateful to be seen and who want to pursue a purposeful and fulfilling life reflective of their own unique gifts and passions. These are the people and institutions in whom my gifts find their fulfillment, resulting in a co-creative dynamic of receptivity and openness where they are liberated from the inner wounds and fears which might otherwise keep them from living as their most authentic selves.  It is a beautiful thing to behold and it is because of these people that I continue to do what I do in spite of those who want to hate me for my gifts.  (PS  They don’t really hate me, they hate themselves for refusing their own truth.)

We Choose the World We Live In

Before man are life and death, good and evil, whichever he chooses shall be given him.

Sirach 15: 17

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h47slByX7jI

Every single moment of every single day, we choose the world we are living in. There is nothing “new” about this choice.  New Agers and those from the New Thought, Starseed and Ascension communities in their foundational message about choice are simply echoing the wisdom of the ancients.  Moses was given the key to this truth. Isaiah and Jeremiah gave the Israelites this choice.  Jesus made this choice and taught his female and male disciples how to do the same.  Mary Magdalene made this choice and became witness to the risen Christ. St. Francis of Assisi made this choice and transformed the Church as did Teresa of Avila, Julian of Norwich and Hildegard of Bingen.  Meister Eckhart made this choice as did Gandhi, Mother Theresa and the Dalai Lama.

We choose the world we are living in and that choice is as simple as choosing between love and fear. This choice between love and fear then produces the way in which we perceive, approach and live in our world – are we choosing life or death, good or evil?  Again, it all boils down to one simple choice – love or fear.

When we choose love over fear, we soon discover:

  • There is nothing to fear.
  • There is no reason to hate.
  • We have no enemies.
  • The world is beautiful and peaceful.
  • People are inherently kind to one another.
  • Instead of fearing those who differ from us, we become curious and long to get to know them.
  • We come together in communion instead of building walls between us.
  • We see possibility instead of defeat.
  • We see endings as new beginnings.

It really is this simple.

My choice is for love. What are you going to choose?

Election 2016: From Division to Oneness

Well, it seems the “powers that be” got what they wanted – a nation that is distracted and divided. It seems no matter how people speak about the outcome of the U.S. presidential election and the transition from one “leader” to another, someone gets pissed off.  On Facebook, for example, I recently mentioned the grief some are feeling over the Obama’s departure, and all hell broke loose.  Then I dared to mention that we are entering into a time of uncertainty and I got hate emails from those who took my comments as an insult against their presidential choice, which was certainly not my intention!

As it turns out, division is a choice. We decide if we are going to hate our fellow Americans simply because of their vote.  We are also the ones who decide if we are offended or insulted by another person who is choosing to share their personal beliefs, perspectives or even their personal experience.  We decide!

lincolnmemorialpixabay

I am choosing NOT to be divided, because, in the immortal words of our sixteenth president, Abraham Lincoln, “a house divided against itself cannot stand.” I am also making this choice because division is exactly what the powers that be want.  If we are divided, then we will remain distracted from the evils the “puppet masters” are accomplishing in the world – destroying our environment, putting thousands (millions) of people out of work, depriving people of quality and affordable health care, undermining our educational system, destroying the air that we breathe, the water that we drink and the soil in which we need to grow our crops, raping foreign countries for their cheap labor and oil, while watching those countries destroy their own environments with toxic chemicals, pollution and deforestation.

All of this, they are accomplishing, not for our benefit, but for the sake of their greedy quest for wealth, power and control. We are all suffering because of the actions of the very few (1% of the 1%).  And if they continue on this course, and are able to do so because we are too busy fighting amongst ourselves to see or care about what they are doing, then our entire world will be destroyed.  What they don’t know is that if they destroy the world in their unending quest for power, they will also be destroying themselves (unless they have some space station set up for their escape after they are done destroying this world).

If we want to survive as a species, we HAVE to find a way to look beyond the division brought about by this election and toward unification. Unification does not mean you have to change your beliefs or the policies that you stand for.  Unification means we look beyond our (perceived) differences toward the goals we hold in common:

  • Food on our table.
  • A roof over our head.
  • Clothes on our back.
  • The feeling of being safe.
  • A quality education.
  • Affordable and quality healthcare for ourselves and our families.
  • Meaningful work which supports our need for survival.
  • Loving relationships.
  • Community.
  • Clean water to drink, clean air to breathe, healthy food to nourish our bodies and our souls.
  • The opportunity to enjoy our time on this planet and to enjoy the beauty of the world we were given to care for.

world-pixabay

THESE are the issues that really matter. These are the issues that will determine if we live or die or if we are able to survive as a species. And these are the issues we all care about.  Whether  you call yourself Republican, Democrat, Green Party, Libertarian, Socialist, Communist, Bleeding Heart Liberal, Hippie, Black Panther, or anything in between….our foundational needs and desires are the same.  Focusing on THIS, we will move beyond the distractions, beyond the perceived division and toward the unified effort that will deprive the 1% of the 1% of their power and make OUR WORLD the great planet it was meant to be!

If you are interested in setting aside perceived division and entering into a process of building a new world built on oneness, check out our weekly service Monday evenings at 6:30 pm. Fool for Christ

As part of my daily morning ritual, I pull one card from my Gnostic Tarot of the Saints (Robert M. Place).  This morning, I pulled The Fool card, here represented by St. Francis of Assisi – known in some circles as “the fool for Christ.”  I must humbly admit, this appellation fits me to a T!  For all of my life, the past 22 years especially, I have dedicated my every waking (and sleeping) moment to studying, learning, listening to and obeying the guidance of the Divine within me – a connection I found through the example, teachings and guidance of Jesus the man and the Christ that he became, along with the examples set by all the other teachers that I was led to study.  In the eyes of many, my single-minded dedication to this journey and to the mission of the Love that is the Christ, makes me a fool. I have taken many risks to adhere to this journey.  I have made many sacrifices. I have made choices considered “crazy” by some.  With blind faith I leaped from the cliff and have been free-falling every since, ever deeper into the arms of love.

In this love I, like Francis, have been called to “rebuild my church,” and like Francis, my understanding of this call proved to be way too small! Initially, I thought I was being called to reform Catholicism – to bring it back to Jesus’ universal (catholic means universal) message of Love. What I have since learned, is that the call to “rebuild my church” has nothing to do with Catholicism, Christianity or anything that has nothing to do with church in the way we have traditionally thought of church.  Instead, it is simply about being LOVE in a very universal sense:

  • Discovering the Love that is the very nature of who we are.
  • Knowing, believing in and living from that place of Love.
  • Being, expressing and sharing that love.
  • Seeing and engaging with that love that dwells within every single human being and is the very fiber and form of the universe.
  • Understanding that no matter what we believe we are seeing “out there” it is really, only love.

This is the love that Francis and Clare came to know within themselves through their relationship with Christ. This is the love that we all have an opportunity to know, if we only have the eyes to see.  This is a love we can see only through the eyes of innocence, wonder and awe, the eyes of a fool, or as Jesus said, the eyes of a child.

Like just the other day, I beheld the face of love where others may have forgotten to look. I stepped into the local coffee shop for my daily “hug” and as I stepped inside, a baby sitting in a high chair caught my glance. She looked at me.  I looked back at her.  Our eyes locked….and we knew.  Then, she smiled and blew me a kiss.  If that’s not love, I don’t know what is.  And if I have to be a fool in order to see that love….then let it be so.

If you are interested in being or are already a “fool,” please join us Monday evening for the

Trump Victory: Fear Begets Fear

So, we’ve made our choice? Donald Trump is the winner in the 2016 Presidential Election? As a bleeding heart liberal, I find this hard to believe and it’s a difficult pill to swallow (though Hillary wasn’t my first choice either).  Yet, I understand how and why Donald Trump won the popular and the electoral vote.  (To all those I love and deeply care for who voted for Trump – I love you and I honor the choice that you made.  Your vote (and I hope my vote) in no way, shape or form changes our relationship. PLEASE know this as you (if you) continue reading on.)

Donald Trump did not win because of his resume, his experience or expertise in governance, or his interviewing skills. We did not elect Donald Trump because we truly believed he was the best person to run our country and to represent the United States to the rest of the world. We chose Donald Trump because he spoke to our fears, while promising to rid the world of all that we fear:

  • Our fear of “the other” (blacks, Hispanics, Mexicans, the disabled, Muslim, powerful women, etc.)
  • Our fear of terrorism.
  • Our fear of losing our guns.
  • Our fear of losing our jobs to China and India.
  • Our fear of violence.
  • Our fear of losing our status as the “greatest power in the world.”

We chose Donald Trump because we are afraid and he capitalized on those fears. Fear begets fear.

"I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror... I fear something terrible has happened."
“I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror… I fear something terrible has happened.”

Now let’s go to the other side of the presidential race – for all of you (me included) who voted for Hillary, wrote in another, or refrained from voting…..you may now be quaking in your boots wondering what the hell will happen to our world with a Republican controlled Senate with Donald Trump as President. Let me remind you:  as much as fear elected Donald Trump, your fear over his victory will only serve to produce more fear. In fact, the fear that drove many to vote for Hillary in favor of Donald may be exactly what produced the outcome some most feared.  Fear begets fear.

So, what is the answer as we stand in the outcome of a presidential victory that came forth out of fear and has the potential for producing more fear…….CHOOSE LOVE.

First choose to love your fellow human being.  We all voted with our conscience and made the best choice we could with the information we had and the choices we were given.  Love one another.  Do not allow the outcome of this election to create more separation between us, instead, let it become a bridge to love and understanding.  Find out what our mutual fears might be and support each other in calming these fears.

Supporting each other in calming our fears, begins with knowing how to manage our own.  In every moment of every day where you find your fears and anxiety triggered over questions about the future of our country and the future of the world….turn away from your fear and turn toward love.

If you don’t know how to do this, check out my TWO FREE OFFERINGS:  My free online courses, Starting a Spiritual Practice and the FREE preview of the Authentic Freedom Mastery Program both offer tools and resources for moving from fear toward love, contentment and peace.  Click on the images below to learn more and to register!
