Authentic Freedom is a way of life characterized by the consistent experience of inner peace, out of which we are free to openly share the gifts that God gave us. Authentic Freedom is our Divine inheritance and the way that God intends us to live! However, instead of claiming this Divine inheritance, most of us struggle through our lives, plagued by the irrational fears, anxieties and compulsions that hold us prisoner. But, there is a Divinely inspired process – a journey of self-discovery and transformation – that can lead each of us to an awareness of the ways in which fear, false perceptions and illusions block us from realizing the freedom that is authentically ours. That process is Authentic Freedom.

In this excerpt from my book, Authentic Freedom, I describe my understanding of “authentic freedom” and the process that was revealed to me by which we can all be empowered to claim and live authentic freedom in our lives. Authentic Freedom is our Divine inheritance, and our original nature. Remembering ourselves as loving, joyful and content is the intention and purpose of the human journey. We are here to remember our true nature as One with God, One with eachother and One with all of creation.
The Authentic Freedom process provides effective tools through which we are empowered to remember this truth of Oneness. The process begins by recognizing the seven core spiritual fears that prevent us from living in contentment and joy and their source in the core spiritual wound – the false perception of separation from God. The next step in the process is learning the seven spiritual truths that are the remedy to these fears, along with effective tools for healing these fears while embracing the truths of abundance, co-creation, empowerment, compassion, truth, knowledge and Oneness. The Authentic Freedom process is a journey of personal healing and transformation through which the participant is empowered to recognize their own unique giftedness and the call to freely and openly share these gifts in the world.
